A place to argue a question that has two sides. You pick one, make your case, and when the debate closes an AI judge reads the arguments and says which side argued better.

The verdict is about the arguments submitted, not about the truth of the question. It is not advice — legal, medical, financial or otherwise — and nothing on this site should be treated as such.

There is no betting, no wagering, no prize tied to any outcome, and no money involved anywhere on this site.

You need an account to argue. You are responsible for what is posted from it. One account per person; do not impersonate anybody.

Verdyct is not intended for people under 16. If you are under 16, please do not create an account.

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give us permission to display it on the site, include it in the debate it belongs to, send it to our AI provider for judging, and show it in shared previews of that debate.

Arguments are public. A debate is a public record of who argued what, and the verdict depends on the arguments staying where they were made — so an argument you posted generally stays, with your name removed if you delete your account.

Harassment, hateful attacks on people or groups, threats, sexual content, illegal content, spam, impersonation, and posting other people's private information.

Arguing forcefully is not on that list. Debates are adversarial by design. Strong disagreement, blunt language and unpopular positions are the product working. Being wrong is allowed.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Removed content is hidden rather than erased, so the debates it took part in stay coherent.

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, that verdicts will be correct, or that any particular debate will be judged. Judging depends on a third-party model and a cost ceiling; when either fails, a debate can close without a verdict.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may close an account that repeatedly breaks these rules.
